ASS'D OUT - to be left hanging, stood up: "Man, we was sposed to meet at the library but he left me ass'd out!"
BAMMA - a person who is not very trendy, whether it be fashion or music: "Ugh! Look at his shape-up...and his beat-up Pro Wings. Hes such a bamma"
BLOWN - very upset/disappointed
BOOSTED - to be excited, proud: "He was so boosted when he found out he got an A on his history test"
BUN - v. to make one a steady girl/boyfriend: "She's the complete package; looks, smarts and she cool to be around. i had to bun her" n. a pretty girl/boy: "I was looking at ur sister yesterday, and I didnt realize but, she's a bun"
CARRY - to disrespect someone: "Jimmy tried to holla at Crystal, but she carried him by walking away"
CHILL MODE - calm, collected: "Afterschool, I just be on chill mode, dawg"
CRUSH - to consume speedily or with vigor; or to defeat handily (see PUNISH): "Those Steakums were bomb, man we crushed them joints"
GET YOUR MAN - have success, whether with a girl or in sports. Refers to competitive situations: "Ima get my man today. We gonna punish Suitland"
GUMP - a nerd and/or wimp: "I dared him to touch her butt, but he a gump"
JAH, JI -kinda/sorta or very, depending on emphasis: "She is jah phat"
JOANING - making fun of another person: "Did u see that dudes shape-up? They was joning at the lunch table all period"
KIRK (v. to KIRK OUT) - to get very mad, or excited beyond ones normal range: "If the teacher wasnt there, he woulda kirked on that dude"
LUNCHING - joking around, acting foolishly: "During my free periods, we just be walking around or straight lunching, cuz we be bored"
NO BULL,BULLSH*T, B-SH*T- to mean something truthful; equivalent to "Im telling the truth": "Man, thats exactly what happened. No bull"
PRESSED - to be annoying, conceited: "He was so pressed to show everyone he got an A; he gets on my nerves"
PUNISH - to dispense with readily, to handle easily; deals with sexual intercourse when used in reference to girls
ROCK - to wear or sport. "You need to gimme back my damn AJA IMANI headband so i can rock it with this shirt I got to match" 2. music that sounds good. "That band be rockin'"
SACK CHASER (ie Golddigger)- A woman who is only interested in a man for his money
SHORT - unfortunate: "I cant give u a ride, young. either ask Chris or u short"
SICE - to over exaggerate: Tamika not even that tight Isaac Ji Siced her.
SLAM - directly: "He wasn't looking and the ball hit him slam in the head"
SLUMP - to knock down and/or out with extreme force. "Dog, you keep f*ckin around with girl like that and imma have to slump your wack ass."
SMASH - have sexual intercourse: "Ima ja blown cuz I went over her house, and her parents were there, so I couldnt smash"
SON-SON - same as "dawg" and "dogg", but normally someone younger: "Young, dont talk about Jason. Thats my son-son"
STEAL - to punch, assault someone: "Young, if u dont get out my face, Ima steal u slam in ur jaw"
TOUGH - A very attractive female in both the face and body.
OFFICIAL- Good. "that party was official!"
TIP DRILL - A woman or man who is only attractive from the neck down.
WACK - unfavorable, uncool, unpoplar or very loser-like. 1. "What is with this wack-ass grade you gave me? i got all the right answers and you still gave me a 'D', man" 2. "Do you know how wack you look right now? If I ever see you wear those highwater jeans and small-ass t-shirt again....."
YOUNG, JOE - equivalent to "son" or "kid" in NY; similar to "yo" also: "Young, Im sick of school" or "Chill out, joe. It aint even that serious

Just Popping in to let everyone know that i am alive...
This past weekend i partied soo hard.. i was out thursday went to a stripclub with a couple of my girlfriends & had a blast.. Then my dumb butt had to go to work off of 1 hour of sleep.. then went out Friday night at a local spot.. Then Saturday hit this club that i havent been to called H20 it was nicel.. & i had a ball with my best friend this past weekend. But it caught up to me, not i am sick as a dog.. lol I guess its all good as long as i had fun right?!?!?! a small pricve to pay for a great weekend & some good memories.. even though i cant breathe through my nose & my chest feels like there is a 10 pound weight on it i will be okay...lol Imma take more nyquil & take my butt to my bed.. I will Check in later!!!

Awww This is one of my Fellow Scientist that I work with ( or used to he is retired but still comes in to do research for free..). He is one of the most Sweetest guys i have ever encountered. Even though his english is very hard to understand he is very sincere.. You can tell he is a very caring individual in & outside the workplace
Well today he stopped by my office like usualy to pickup his mail & a Fed Ex package came for him So i gave it to him we said out hellos & goodbyes & that was it.. But then he came back & said that he wanted me to be the first one to share with what was in the Fed Ex package. It was a Plaque for him being recognized as
" One of the Centurys 500 Geniuses in the world"
He received this work for his work in Geophysicis & his work on Earthquakes.. You see he Prediced a earthquake about 30 years ago that hit China that killed over a quarter million people. He published this information & gave it to the Chinese Government but someone they missed it. So now They are finally recognizing his genius.. shame it was a lil too late..
Just wanted to share with yall... I thought it was very sweet that he took the time out to share his plaque with me & to tell me the story behind it..

what a Loooong day yesterday
Wow my day yesterday was a doozie.. i actually had work to do all day long! i mean i was moving running around all DAY!! 
which is rare.. I have a feeling that this one packet i did is going to have to be done all over again since the guy gave it to me late, but hopefully since some people like me here i can squeeze it through without having to get a justification letter which is a BITCH!!! because if i do that that means it has to get routed through the Legal Department & i hate those succas..lol
On another note.. my cars A/c is fixed YAY 
!!! which iam really elated about.. even though it took like 3 hours & the people almost tried to keep my spare key... & it cost me $80 dollars more then i have expected 
.. i am all good.. atleast its fixed.. i am just glad tomorrow is pay day.. lol
okay backround before i start this next paragraph::::
For about the past 3 months there has been ongoing issues with the ceiling in my bathroom, there was a leak 
which was fixed but then when the plumber put the new pipe in BUT He put the new pipe in Too Low.. so the Dry Wall people couldnt fix my ceiling.. Then I noticed another leak forming so they had to fix that which they did yesterday..Not really sure if they raised the pipe yesterday though ...But assuming that they did i am just waiting until the dry wall people come back. Now while all this waiting was happening the Lil clear tarp that they had covering the Big ass hole in my ceiling Fell down.. Sooo me being the resourceful person I am.. got one of my trashbags cut that shit & covered the hole with some tape my damn self.. " just call me miss fix it" 
lol . But since all this work is being done & people are walking all up in my clean bathroom all willy nilly I usually take out my bathrugs & stuff so they wont get dirty with all the plaster & other stuff they use.. because trust me its a HUGE MESS if i leave my stuff in there.. sooo to make their job easier & for me to keep my stuff clean i just take it out everymorning since i never know when they will come by.. Yess this is annoying but me being a neat freak i have to do it so their grubby boots wont be all over my rugs..
Soooo okay now that you know that I came home yesterday looking to see all my bathrugs n stuff on my floor like i usually see them but what do i see???? They are all put in my bathroom along with my Lotions & stuff that I take out too.. Do you KNOW HOW PISSED 
i was... I mean there was Mud & plaster on my rugs.. Dust all over my lotion bottles... Man o MAN i was really ready to FLIP on someone 
!!! I mean I take my stuff out the bathroom so the maintance guys wont have to touch it or even deal with it & what do they dooooooo put all the shit back in my bathroom & get it all dirty & dusty!! I mean WTF!!!!?!?!?! 
Leave my shit on the floor where i left it.. Sooo around 7 oclock when i got in after i got in from the car place & not having eaten since like 12noon i see my bathroom a mess, i was too through!!!! so basically i just sucked it up & cleaned 
it from top to bottom washed my rugs n stuff.
I was soooooo ready to Bust up in the maintance department & raise hell( thats if they were open.. thankfully they werent) Because the thought of them touching my stuff gives me the heeeby Geeebies... ugh Shit they probably were looking at my porn since I usually put the rugs there... BUT being the objective person i am & after taking along shower & getting some food & cooling my ass off & thinking about it i was just took it as them trying to be nice to put my stuff back in my bathroom for me.. They did a really Good job covering the hole this time with a tarp so this time it shouldnt fall down. I think it was just someone who came by there before( I am always courteous to the maintance men) & was trying to help me out even though it really didnt... So from now on I just put my stuff in my closet & close & lock the closet door Hopefully they get the point not to touch my shit!!! .. NOW if they do it THIS TIME after I put it in my CLOSET & lock the door then i will have some WORDS with the maintance supervisor!!! i have no problem walking my lil ass right up in there & talking to them.. of course in a diplomatic fashion.. not all ghetto & shouting.. one thing my dad would always tell me is " you can get alot more done with Honey then Vinegar" & most of the time it usually works when i sit down & talk with them without trying to Belittle them & what not..
Soooo that was my Loooong day yesterday!!! lol All i can say is i cant wait until the weekend!!!
whew i feel better after venting all that...lol

Good Morning Everyone,
Hmm just making sure this blog thing is working right.. Today is another rainyday, there doing some kind of cleaning on my floor I swear my nose is about to fall off....i just called the Facilities management guy sooo hopefully he can set up some fans to air out the hall, or even better tell us that we call can go home because of the Hazardious fumes... Heres to hopin!!!
